2 Leak identification & fixing

Leak testing with nitrogen, compressed air & soap solution. Leaks fixed by brazing & rechecked.

3 Gas refill

Gas filling by weight or back pressure

4 Final checks & clean-up

Technician checks AMP, pressure, airflow, temperature & noise level to ensure proper functioning
